where is the 'Windows 95 Skin'

http://www.rebol.com/pre-view.html says there is a 'Windows 95 Skin' demo in rebol/view. But I can't find it. And I have done some search to find http://www.rebol.org/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/rebol/ml-display-thread.r?m=rmlHSPQ, but it is not exactly the same thing. So the question is, where is the Skin demo for downloading?

I think it does not work on 1.3.2 (noone has updated it, and it's a few years old), but you can find it at http://rebol.softinnov.com/index.r (use Goto from the Viewtop).
