view/new problem under windows !!!

hello !!!
when i try the using view/new under both Windows XP and Linux Fedrora core 4

view layout [button [view/new layout [field]]]

it works perfect under linux but not under windows although if itry the following code

          ]

it works successfully under both operating sysyems

worked on windows/XP using View 1.3.2 for me.

Do you get a script error? If so, what is it?

Have you accidently refined one of Rebol's system words such as button?
