Ok I am new at Rebol. Need to start it on the server. I know you start it by this command ./start-serve but where and how do you start the proxy? Please help. clients can't find server.

I guess you mean the CGI proxy - normally you just copy the rebol-proxy executable to cgi-bin/ and make sure it has the proper permissions. Assuming you have the web server already running there's nothing left to do.
