Is anyone in a position to know that Rebol is, or is not, still being made available to the BeOS operating system ?

It depends on what you mean by "being made available". It's very unlikely that there will be any release of Core 2.6 or View 1.3 for BeOS (there just is not enough demand for it to make it worth the effort). However, this does not mean there is no possibilty for BeOS versions to be back in the future, in particular when/if OS-specific parts of REBOL are made open source and available for users to create a port to their preferred OS. (This assumes there will be some user with the will and capability to do the port.)
