help a newbie

Hi! you clever guys; I am not a programmer, but would like to start to understand what I can use Rebol for.
My wish is to first to be able to create web pagews and then put simple graphics into them.
Can any one please in a nutshell, tell me what documentation to read, what product base to install, what is free and what needs to be bought and what demo / examples I would need to aid the process.

Fo CGI work, you need REBOL/core -- it's free.
