Welcome! And I've worked out who you are. ;-) And had a tootle around your website, too. A lot of nice intoductions to a mix of languages there. In fact it's a good place to point someone when they say they might be interested in programming, so I've bookmarked it. Well done!

Thanks very much for the kind words. You've pretty much pegged the main purpose of my site's geekery section, since a lot of my friends and family are folks who are sort of interested in programming but intimidated by the available tutorials.
