cgi scripting

I work in win98 SE /Apache 1.3. I have rebol.exe in the 'C:\rebol\view' directory.
My cgi script 'my1.cgi' is residing in the 'c:\program files\apache group\apache\cgi-bin' directory.

Kindly specify the modifications reuired in the 'httpd.conf' file to successfully start executing the cgi scripts.
